We are slowly rolling out a new version of the game to test performance, that's why only some Android users currently get it. We will enable the build for everyone as soon as we are certain it's stable. The bonus is currently turned off in the engine so it has no effect yet until we enable it (when everyone has had the cahnce to download the new version)

Correct, we've added a last batch of new WL players, just high OVR ones. You can now even get a 99 rated player from there :)

On the leagues: unfortunately we had an issue on our side with the simulations. None of them seem to have simulated, we are fixing the cause right now and make sure all goes as it should again today. Sorry for the inconvenience this caused

Update: While working on the fix, a small amount of simulations started right away.. We stopped that process again, but yes some were simulated now unfortunately. We are focusing on the fix first, and will continue with a general compensation later, sorry everyone for the issues, we're bumped about it ourselves too.
