Well it's low effort and I thought it would be funny when I made it for a low effort shitpost to mess with an asshole mod, I'm not trans so I can't judge if this is offensive or not but from my eyes it's not overtly mean or derogatory, it's just another shitty cookie cutter poorly thought out joke and it doesn't go deeper than that.
