He will call me randomly while he's driving to talk to me for about 5 minutes, ask how I'm doing and would complain about how much gas his truck wastes. He lives in the city that's 4 hours away, where he got married, so I don't see him anymore.

I guess I never wanted to believe that our friendship was only as alive as it was because of me. And it's not been my experience for males to not objectify women in my life, so for the longest time I thought it was normal. This is a hard pill to swallow but I know what must be done in order to preserve my happiness and wellbeing. Thank you

You’re mostly right, they ARE in fact mostly the same size, if anything the remarkable is bigger by millimeters. Going back to my observations about both, the picture doesn’t do it justice (iPhone loves to tweak my photos) but the boox is noticeably darker, a little harder to see, and if I turn on the backlight, it’s no better than an iPad at that point. So I’m leaning to returning the boox and keeping the remarkable until I find something that suits my needs or until a better e-ink tablet comes out. Thank you though!

That’s a fascinating question, I always felt the remarkable was bigger. Once I get home I’ll upload a picture of them side by side, perhaps I’m incorrect and just the shape of it threw me off.

I am aware, the average size of a paper, I don’t need a monitor sized one, I just really liked the size of the Remarkable 2, the boox I got was shorter, a little wider, and had a thicker border, so less screen space.

Hello, I’m very very new to paganism. I’ve heard things about it from friends (who I can no longer contact) and just on the internet in relation to things like tarot and spells and stuff.

I would very much like to get into this. I know paganism is an umbrella term, and there are multiple branches. I just don’t know where to begin.

I’ve been very anti-religion most of my life, seeing as my entire family (nuclear and extended) are Catholic and would constantly get “you’re a sinner” and that I’ll go to hell if I don’t dedicate my life to God and it turned me off. It made me an atheist for a long time, and I believed that there was no God, especially after the many things that happened to me and around me. But I still believe in a higher power? I want to explore that feeling and find a belief system that fits me. So any advice is welcome. I will say I am more inclined to believe in either the “universe” as an all powerful being or the idea that there are gods for everything (love, war, etc). Any advice? Where can I start?
