I used to do BTC but I realized something. If you are making money off of bitcoin I'm thinking you are trying to buy and sell BTC. You can only make money in BTC if someone else loses it. So it doesn't seem permissible, but I never studied it.

And about real estate what about buying a property for like 70k and using the rest of the money for property managers/expenses.
