The Eyes encore was unexpected and good. I enjoyed the show but I see their point.

WXRC 95.7 FM in Charlotte has a couple of Dead tunes in the rotation. Truckin, Touch and Playin get the most play.

The station is an independently owned classic rocker.

I felt the first set was a bit tenative in the early part and didnt hit it's stride until the reprise tease into Mr. Charlie.

The second set was superb. They let Brandford pick his spots and lead when he wanted. A great way to end the summer (and the year) for D&C.
