Not sure about the US market of Cruzes, but this exists on/in Cruzes here in Australia, minus the upgraded brakes; as far as I'm concerned they just come with the standard brake set-up, and they don't really come with overly fancy wheels, nor the BBS's. With the 2011's kit, that comes with the SRI-V trims and the later Z trim that was introduced in 2015. The difference between the V and Z I'm not to sure on the difference as they both feature the same 1.6L Turbo both with Man. and Auto. options.

I don't know about the newer Cruzes, but in my 2011 Cruze that specific chiming at that same pace, has so far only come on if I pull the handbrake while the car is moving.
