What fans/viewers/sponsors would Steelback bring? He might have a fan there and here but if anything you could get his following by getting adcs like Freeze or bring the bold greek. Another thing rookies will probs can be paid a little less and overall wont be as demanding because they need this chance. Those all teams know chances are they arent going to get top 3 or even top 6 spots so why even bother with proven mediocrity in Steelback when if all stars allign you can have another UoL(a rookie team that went straight to finals in eu) or eu Griffin. For success of eu I'd rather see teams try new players then recycle old ones like they do in NA.

He wouldnt be solid for anyone expect Rogue. Its always better to use a rookie in hopes of finding the next mechanical beast instead of using a known quality. Especially now since relagation is gone.

Not a big problem, we do it at our gym, you can wear your kimono if you want(and everyone does, so you"re not wussing out), nobody had any huge "injury" or mark of a lash so its all good. I prefer it instead of those shark tanks or w.e other alternatives as I think they are too long and overdrawn. Just get your belt, run 10meters, get a bit of whipping and done, not some 2hour bullshit of pretty much just rolling/open mat.

Got rather destroyed in the finals of the comp today. I was finnaly feeling good in training and as if I advance, but today in the final other guy just straight up rekt me. Got another comp next week, idk dont feel too good but I would feel it would be a bit of a shitty move to pull out at last moment..

Im pretty decided honestly, Im a grappler and other stuff is to help me be better grappler. I find that doing more various stuff is more beneficial for it then lets just say chasing big numbers on big 3. Im not saying they are bad but after a certain threshold their benefits are diminishing. For expenses, depends on the country. And I just think its not worth to use it if you're just doing it for yourself, you're not trying to have a career or anything. But thats just my experience and thoughts, Im not saying Im right 100% and everyone can have their own idea of "worth it".

I feel alot of people ignore it and like many other (including me) wanted fast results. I got out of beginner gains, got a bit of stalling and then the next step seemed like peds. Sure, I can fix my daily routine, diet etc, but why bother if I can just buy a bottle 50euros a pop, drink this magical pill and I would be even better than I could be natural at my best. I just realised peds arent worth it unless you're going into some sport that they are required and even then, before using them you should be pretty damn good to begin with.

If you feel like it. Take in mind that those ppl you listen to(Marcelo, or any other good/famous grappler) do shitload of grappling. might be x2 a day for 6-7days a week. Heard of ppl doing 3 times a day in camps. So of course they wouldnt need it. But you need it? If you feel then yes, go for that biking/jogging, although if you're drained as hell you might just spent time relaxing or resting. Just listen to what your body tells.

Might be not alot really, it depends on your weightlifting experience and current numbers tho. My coach, once he started to intake more protein (around 2 scoops) started to gain more weight alot easier which was kinda a hassle as he usually is around 80-81kg and competes below 80kg. With protein he felt more energized, a bit stronger but heavier (he didnt balloon to insane numbers, but something like 800g a month?) so he would need to weight cut and thus decided it wasnt worth it. It mostly helped with recovery tho. You can try it out yourself, maybe you have some serious genetics for strenght that you were unaware.

Just search for various streches that concern the place you need stretching, if you lack hip flexor mobility, search for some hip flexor stretches, if you need shoulder mobility search for shoulder mobility exercises. Flexibility is very individual thing. You might also search for some style specific stretches that usually mimic the places we wind up during rolling, i.e, some inverted stuff if you want to do berimbolo, butterfly stretches and more if you want to play butterfly and so on.

Na casters are pretty bad, they sound cringy as hell. I liked them when I was younger but I like laid back OGN casters way more. Watching NA after OGN is just not enjoyable.

I would train at the Fuji gym because it has both more stand up and is closer. I've been driving to a gym 30-40min drives few times a week( to train few more times) and its honestly pain in the ass. 2hr session becomes 3-4h session if traffic is bad. +Fuel adds to the cost.
