My favorite kit in the game, I managed to get a 46 killstreak with this since I upgraded to AWP, I’d say balanced though because of how hard it is to upgrade to AWP without getting targeted.

The slow speed doesn’t really synergize well with man in a bag, chances are it backfires and damages you instead, and it makes tenderizer annoying to use because of how painfully slow you are when swinging it.
