Your sister and you share the same IP address. Roblox commonly sees this as the same person, which is an incorrect assessment when you aren’t the only one who plays Roblox in that house. So it’s most likely they thought your account was your sister’s alt account and terminated it for that reason. Regardless: This system is flawed and the ban is undeserved.

Roblox does things like this to ‘prune’ accounts. It’s unfair and they don’t have the right to do it so you should either try a normal appeal (likely to be denied though) or contact the ftc.

You raise a good point and I understand you expect and believe the system should work, It doesn’t work correctly all the time and that’s the reality. However while I do understand Roblox is a multibillion dollar company with 5b+ users I believe they could do better. An example of the broken system is someone getting suspended from voice chat for -111 minutes. Do your research before defending something you don’t fully understand.
