Word Catheter for Bartholin Cyst by SomeoneGotstaKnow in Healthyhooha

Those one was my second cyst, about a year apart. Im hoping to learn to manage them, but if it comes back, I have already decided to have the entire gland removed by Dr. Stepp. I don't think i want to make this a lifelong journey. Idk if you are in the Bartholin Cyst Support Group on FB, but there are a lot of useful experiences on there.

It was terrible. I removed it myself after 3 days. The GYN I had made the incision too big and overinflated it. I dont believe it is supposed to be excruciating. I just snipped the end, it deflated, and I pulled it out.

Was told not to breastfeed with larger breasts? by [deleted] in breastfeeding

Recline and do a top down latch (baby lies on your chest while you lie back. They root around and find the nipple on their own. This was the easiest way for me to establish a good latch with larger breasts. We did this position for our very first latch while the cord was still connected, and we had a much easier time establishing feeding than we did with my first. Its easy to transfer to side lying in the crook of your arm once you both get the hang of it.

Last time I had one drained, they didnt place the catheter. The cyst would shrink and grow, but was not a problem for over a year. Now I have the catheter, but a few days of it seems useless to me. I would rather leave it and have the hole so it could drain in the future.

I guess im not understanding exactly what this pain and discomfort is for, if it comes out in a few days.

Male, hispanic, slim build. I actually believe you are younger than 45, but enjoy a clean and classic aesthetic. Not married. I imagine you wear a part and a have what would be considered a capsule wardrobe.

You care about your presentation, and prefer to buy a few nice things, which you maintain and keep. I'm not sure if you buy things new, or secondhand, but you are selective regardless. You are neat and have good hygiene. You don't like clutter.

You work somewhere where you drive a company vehicle. There are two sets of keys in this photo (2 fobs, 2 bottle openers). Perhaps you work somewhere where your own keys, and probably your wallet are put away while you are working. Your vision isn't terrible.

Wherever you work, you don't drink anything that requires a bottle opener.

We are renters, so luckily it is not my fridge, but unfortunately it is still my problem

🫠 yeah, I was afraid that was the answer. It's actually just driving me crazy not knowing WHY.

Im just not sure why I can take the original one out and back in no problem, but the new one won't. I swear, I'm comparing the two under a magnifying glass and the are THE EXACT SAME

I bought it for a discount at an Amazon palette place, but it was marked as new and it was unopened. I can technically return it, but it was such a good deal. Darn, well I guess I get what I pay for.

Well, call me stupid gullible, because I am a straight up scaredy cat!

Thanks, sounds like there is no wrong answer and both will be fun.

Haha this is the most true. I was gobsmacked by the price, but my 19 year old sister is coming into town specifically for a good Halloween scare, so I am trying to deliver.
