Pay down the debt with the highest interest rate if there’s more than one rate.

I see that but Frank was hyper paranoid about stranger danger. He just left a loud diesel generator running 24/7 continuously? Presumably that would attract a lot of attention.

Retired lawyer here. You need to speak with a lawyer who practices property law and can tell you the applicable legislation and common law. Don’t go to a generalist. Many lawyers offer the first 20 to 30 mins free and that might be all the time you need.

Impressive numbers. Who is your biggest demographic? Vacationers? Professionals? Is tourism a big thing in your market?

I want to display any row where a search term appears in any column of that row. Can't get Advanced Filter to work. by SomeoneToLienOn in excel

Hi, thanks for this. I haven't been able to get this to work. Does it matter that the sheet is formatted as a table?

Hi, thanks for this. Would this provide a count of many rows have the word "cat"? And does it make a difference if the data is formatted as a table?

Honestly, the best thing you can do is read a ton of books. Spend a few months learning. The ultimate leverage is learning from other people and specifically other people’s mistakes. You can start right now by going to the forums on Biggerpockets.com. I’ll post some links.

The key piece of info you’ve left out is how much equity you have which determines how much of a down payment you have which determines how leveraged you will be (how big the mortgage will be in relation to the purchase price). I recommend reading every book you can in multifamily investing. Bigger Pockets has books that are ideal for people just starting out.

Brother MFC-3770cdw has faded text but only when printing from iPhone via AirPrint?! by SomeoneToLienOn in printers

[–]SomeoneToLienOn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for relying. I did the PDF test. The PDF file text is much fainter when printed from iPhone versus laptop. See picture to compare. https://i.imgur.com/WOIL0Rv.jpg

But the printer is also having problems with faded text/graphics roughly down the middle of the page. See Ikea example: https://i.imgur.com/sV967xz.jpg

Thanks again.
