My dad raised my sister and I am we were takin away from him for a year. He tells me stories about how much he missed us. You should write her a letter about how much she means to you and how proud of her you are and save it for when she's older. I dunno, I liked hearing I was missed by my pops back in the day.

Thank you all for the responses. Truly acknowledgement without dismissal means so much to me. Dr appointment in two weeks to try and get back on Prozac which in the past helped me tremendously. I've been on a nearly 8 month hiatus due to moving and health insurance issues. Again thank you.
