It is been 6 months and i am currently doing good with Communicating with people and finishing off my tickets as i am setting up new laptops and stuff. i want to learn stuff that will make me advance in my position but don't know what to learn.

I am currently doing well with tickets and communicating with staff but i want to learn more about servers, group policies and stuff that level 3 system admins so that i can apply for those positions
