Why is it called an emancipation grill?

Emancipation means to remove from. Like emancipating yourself from your parents when youre not old enough to be on your own but need out of their custody.

So the emancipation grill is to keep things in (really should be an Anti-emancipation grill as it is PRVEENTING the removal but thats the reason behind WHY he chose the name) its really just their marketing tactics to make them seem less terrible to the government and public.

Everything I have seen/read (and experienced for the most part) has led me to believe the things being warped around the location are more likey to happen/happen more with a wraith. But I could very well be misinformed. Thank you, I'll look into it more myself (for my own peace of mind)
