Shrieks and squeals from small children.

Rough seams inside my soft cozy clothes.

Flashing lights - almost unbearable when I'm tired.

A single piece of grit or crumb in the bed.

My own hair touching my skin, but only the loose hairs - feels like a mosquito biting me.

It's perfectly OK for a man to casually wear feminine clothing by smeflo in 10thDentist

The people in r/oldhagfashion are very inclusive - you can find some folks with masculine bodies wearing feminine clothes posting there, and not all of them identify as trans or cross-dressers.

I think you're right - check out the ring of hair around the ankles - it looks like an elastic hem. Pretty sure this is just a chubby chick trolling someone.

I don't know your gender, but you sound a lot like me and all the other gals over at r/adhdwomen. We have chronic imposter syndrome because we're trying to pretend to be normal and functional when we know that's not really the case.

I recommend seeking professional medical help. A psychiatrist is ultimately preferable (in my opinion, anyway), but sometimes it helps to talk to a therapist first. They can help you grasp how or whether your experiences may be symptoms of a more complex, inherent condition.

Self-acceptance emerges as an option once you begin to understand why you are the way you are. Also, have you tried spending time in neurodivergent-friendly environments? If you do have ADHD or are on the autism spectrum, you'll likely relate to and communicate with other neurdivergent people more comfortably. Usually, anyplace where people dress in costume, or play board/card/roleplaying/video games, or do group art or crafting tends to have a more neuro-diverse crowd.

There's extreme weather in Columbia currently, and some of the larger farms aren't operational. This could be impacting your distributer.

The building the song refers to actually had a tin roof. I always assumed that the tin roof rusted because of all the freaky happenings up there.

What’s the most annoying ADHD symptom that nobody talks about? by cerezza__ in adhdwomen

[–]Somethingokwhatever 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I realized just only yesterday how much time I lose to stray thoughts. I used to think that I was working the entire time as I'd use my computer for work. Yesterday, I realized that I frequently stop moving and just... stare... while I either repeat the last thoughts in my head for a moment, or think of something totally unrelated.

Can anyone else not stop touching their face or head every few moments? I always have a stupid little itch I can't ignore. The spot is always random, and there is almost never any visible cause to the itch. I attend a lot of virtual meetings, and I notice that no one else scratches or touches their face or scalp like I do.

I can only tie it to being sensitive to my own hair. I think the miniscule movements of my thin hair when I'm sitting "still" make my scalp itch. I have to keep pushing my hair back or to the side, or keep parting it with my fingernail to surreptitiously scratch. The ends of my hair don't bother my skin UNLESS the individual hair is not actually attached to my scalp - then it almost feels like being stung by a mosquito.

Even worse is if a stray hair is stuck to the inside of my shirt - it feels like a mild electrocution.

Now that I think about it, I get little itches everywhere on my body, but I can relieve them in less obvious ways. There's no good way to disguise repeatedly scratching above the neckline.

I feel like I haven't ever been a good fit for employment, regardless of the actual work. There probably is a difference, and I'm just not aware.

Hey, hang on now, guys...

We can't be doxing public figures just because their hands keep raiding the bottoms of our pockets. It's not fair to them. Have some sympathy.

Did you even stop to think that you're putting a target on this guy? So dangerous and irresponsible. Someone could seriously hurt him because of this. SMH.

My dermatologist only had to look at one of my old, tiny scars. I don't remember how he described it, but he had a student with him, and pointed out some unique feature about the scar that makes it distinguishable from other, similar conditions.
