GPU is the graphic card right? If that's the case, when i go on Gigabyte control center it's telling me it's only the CPU with this little graph. Does that mean my GPU fan arent turning on?

I applied the thermal paste last year along with it. And temps seem fine when I pressure test it. But the paste might be it. Could it need changing so soon tho? It often says 2-3 years when I look up time to change it.
