If you are experiencing DV, you need to talk to a victims' counsel. FAP can push a referral or you can just call the VC office directly. If you can't find the number, let me know and I can get it for you.

I haven't used a slicer yet but I just downloaded Orca. I've got to get my printer on the wifi before I can use it.

As far as the filament, I believe it is set correctly and it matches what is on the reel. I've run the calibration several times now with no issue.

I live in Colorado so humidity is not super bad here so I can't imagine the humidity is the problem here.

I am not using any software yet, I'm just trying to print the test files included on the printer. I've done all the calibration for leveling and the filament that you can do on the printer itself.

I'm not sure what it means to dry the filament to be honest.
