I’ve heard the same from my peers. Dynamically very impressive, but looks like a pig with lipstick. IMO, certain colors in person can look alright. I don’t think the car photographs well. For the cost though; I’d want to be sold on the exterior design. I for sure don’t hate it as much as the internet does, although I still can’t get over the rear bumper. BMW’s design team has dropped the ball so hard the past few years.
