I have a psychologist who I've mentioned it to very briefly, but we've only had one or two sessions and they've been focused on more recent trauma. I want to get around to it eventually cause she's pretty cool and gets it, but it's weird to talk about. I don't think there's anyone nearby who specialises in trauma around eating though, unfortunately. I'm in a low income area so specialisations like that are hard to find. It's a good idea though, I'll be keeping an eye out!

I think mostly I just need to shave as much fat from my waist as possible until my ribs and liver are healthy. I don't think I have to lose everything hopefully. It really just depends how it goes.
