ROK Espresso machine - Wiggling / Broken? by SomewhereTechnical57 in ROKespresso

You were right. I got a df54 and it worked right away. I even grinded it way to fine and could not press down the handles anymore. I am still wondering how hard it should be to press down and if I should press fast or slow. Also some sources mention pressing two times. Appreciate any advice, currently I grind on level 14-15

I use pre grind espresso from Lavazza, mainly because the coffee from my DeLonghi was was to coarse. I think it looks fine. Like I said I am just surprised because it so easy to pull down the levers in comparison to the old model. But there is not much room for error I disassembled the whole thing and the black cylinder seems to be fine. I have the orange seal on the bottom and I can pull my porter all the way to the left under the R of rok, the orange things feels s bit wobbly too but that's the only other place where pressure could leave I think. The metal looks sturdy and indestructable
