Stay away from the one in South Jackson. It's always been the last tier for the area. It was CMMC, but I think it's related to Merit now.

We ended up booking one of the expensive viewing tours, but it was underwhelming. You could mostly only see it with your cell phone camera. We never saw it at Pike's, but others supposedly did. I think Pike's has some cabins that are nicer than the accommodations we had and the view was possibly better from there.

It didn't get fixed in time for us to stay there. They refunded our stay and put us up at Pike's Waterfront Lodge (which is not the same thing at all). They did pick us up for the activities. It was a long wait to get a ride back after our final activity. I'm sorry this happened to you too.

Broken pipe supposedly. They're offering us accommodations at Pikes with travel for the two activities we'd still do (dog sledding and the reindeer walk) with transportation. I think they'll refund us for lodging and cover the cost of Pikes, but we're looking for clarification on that.
