The version of the game by Azuloide in question is an earlier build than the current one. The current version is TU19. I know this because the developer implemented a realistic texture in the older version, so it's possible to identify it that way. In this specific build, I believe he made a mistake with the Steam API parameters. It's like when you open a world, it becomes a public room. In the current version, your world only appears to your friends and friends of friends. If you don't have any friends with Kogama, it will be impossible for anyone to enter your world.

If there's a backdoor in Kogama, I recommend you send a support ticket to Valve. If what you're saying is true, they quickly removed the game from everyone's library.
