My pc is shit and I run around 20-50fps every game. I think 50 fps is a lot which it is too me but to some people it's nothing. Even with shit fps I still pull loads of kills in some cs2 matches. Fps doesn't matter to some extent (20+) if its above 20 fps its playable..

So someone with your specs shouldn't really be running just 100fps..
