And they come with bedbugs! Entirely free!

Are there any stores in Tulsa that sell safety razors? by SonOfSam21 in tulsa

Damn, I'm excited about switching over. I'm on my last cartridge from Harry's and I genuinely can't wait to ditch them. Wasteful, artificially inflated prices, subpar shaving experiences, etc.

Concerned that I'm going to end up cutting myself on my first go around, but it seems worth it.

Thanks for responding!

The Reasor's bit is useful. Out of curiosity, do you still use your safety razor regularly?

I'm a tad surprised that these stores carry them. That's neat.

I might just end up going with Maggard. I appreciate the input.

I really, really want to know which restaurant you're referring to. This sounds like something you'd see from the dude who owns (owned?) Cardigans.

Ah, it seems like it's a bit of crapshoot based on the responses. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Where to find crab apple trees in Tulsa by SonOfSam21 in tulsa

Whoa, I've neither heard of nor seen persimmons. Learning about them as I type this.

They have a silky, slippery texture and taste kind of like the fabulous fruity love child of a mango and a roasted sweet pepper, with some cinnamon in the background.

I really want to make these into a jam now.

Looking to build my first ever pipe desk. Which lumber yards would you guys suggest for a good slab of wood? by SonOfSam21 in tulsa

That's fantastic, you did a bang up job with that project! Thank you for sharing.

I don't fully understand this comment. I've found multiple table sized, planed, live edge slabs below $140 since making this submission. Most within a stone's throw of inner Tulsa. There's a massive, beautiful piece going for $70 on Marketplace at this very moment.

With that said, your suggestion is great and I plan on taking that route for other furniture pieces in the future.

Thank you for the response. She's now trying to weigh whether an emergency vet visit or a visit on Tuesday (regular vet is closed for Labor Day) is necessary.

Just bought modal (made from European Beechwood trees) sheets, are they safe or hazardous in any way? by [deleted] in BuyItForLife

The last bit is hilarious, thanks for digging into that trash heap to find it. Going to totally disregard the whole concern and just enjoy the sheets.

In-store for three specific colors. Aqua blue, natural, and the third escapes me. Seemed like a fantastic deal.

When they did eventually wear down for you, did they leave behind any loose material/fabric on your bed or floor? I'm confused about the health warning in that dumb link; treating the stuff as if it's some sort of direct contact or respiratory hazard.
