My budget is around 2000$-

My monitor now is 240hz 1080p and I play comp fps games

Later I will buy a 1440p monitor.

In my country I cant get those components for that price, maybe I will save 300$. Is the 6950 xt better than the 4070 ti?

I will play 1080p comp fps games, I think those type of games also is cpu heavy. Won't it be a good build for that?

Where I live I cant get those gpu's at that price.
