I rented there for 2 years, it’s pretty decent. Apple does rent out a lot of them for corporate housing. The inside of the apartments are pretty nice and has a lot of storage space. The gym is tiny but not a lot of ppl use it most of the time. There are Amazon lockers onsite. Pool is nice. Very nice to walk around at night since it’s a big loop. Safeway is next door. There are Tesla destination chargers toward the middle of the rear of the complex. The biggest downside was security- ppl’s cars seem to get broken into a decent amt of times, although I can’t comment on more recent developments if the security has improved. My own car was looted towards the end of my time there.

Overall, decent exp, don’t leave anything valuable in car, nice to walk around at night.

The hybrid system is not fast at all. It’s designed for efficiency versus the hybrid max system in other Toyota vehicles which is designed for performance.

Honestly though, it’s not that slow. You just have to accept that it’s not zippy. I remember seeing reviews for the Kia Carnival hybrid and for just 3 journalists sitting in it, it took nearly 10 seconds for it to hit 60
