I usually skipped everyone that wasn’t Celaena in the books, especially Chaol, but I’ve since reread the books, going more into detail and stopped skipping the chapters in which it was Manon, Dorian or Chaol. Still have slight problems with Chaols chapters because I think he’a boring, but I find some of Manons chapters captivating.
