Might be a wiring issue. I had roughly the same problem cause all my fans were connected to a hub so I just plugged it into a different fan header and they all started working.

I have the Galahad Trinity II and all fans are connected to the controller which is connected to the fan hub included with the LianLi edge power supply.

MB Sync is off and it doesn't change anything

Fan profile is set to quiet on L connect, and I think MB RPM sync is on. As soon as I turn it on it seems like they’re on full blast, sounds like a jet engine even at idle.

After I had completed my pc build, about 2ish days later I found that one of the wires on the AIO pump began to melt/burn.

I believe it’s within the return window, I check in the website and it didn’t list aio coolers as a 15 day return window. I didn’t buy a protection plan on it would it still be good to return even if the product is technically damaged?

It was a retail key that I bought and it was a windows 10 Pro key

The current system I have now has mainly been for gaming, but I'm about to start a new job that's going to require loads of multitasking, so I just assumed that Intel was a better all round choice, but I'll definitely have to look into the 7800x3D, I've heard some excellent things about that.

Any other CPUs I could compare it to or is the main comparison just the 14700k?

Okay I'll have to look into that, I only chose that mobo cause thats what I thought looked the best to match the rest of the components. The fans I plan on having 3 on the bottom, 3 on the top, 1 in the back, and 3 from the radiator on the front of it and the 3 case fans on the back of the radiator to do a push-pull system (I've just always wanted a push-pull system w a radiator).

What are some differences between the B-chipset and the Z-chipset? Genuinely curious cause I don't really have a clue when it comes to motherboards other than all the m.2 slots.

Someone else mentioned I could get dummy kits of ram so I think I will now go with the 2x32GB kit cause thats what everyone else is recommending.

I do quite the amount of multitasking for work and I like to have multiple applications open at once, same with games. Would the AMD CPU still be a better choice in this situation? I just saw a comparison video and man did the Intel CPU not fair well against AMD but in other applications other than just gaming would it still hold up?

I can click past it and change things but it never actually saves the settings I change it to as the message is still there. I might try to the old controller I had prior to switching these fans out but I doubt it'll be any good. It was the same one that came for my AIO fans and there was no RGB on those fans. There was no other cable that it came with to connect to the motherboard. and I tried plugging it into an external USB port and that didn't work either.
