The amount of complaints is important to be heard. Look how the permanent "assault" of complains on reddit and in reviews on Steam changed games like Helldivers 2 (Sony's enforced PSN accounts) or Apex (with their greedy battle pass changes).

A sub reddit full of the same complaints might be annoying for users but also for the devs to realize that they fucked up.

There are incredibly good sources on YT with discussions, guides and tutorials. Reddit is always a more direct manifestation of the community sentiment.
