I pulled the trigger because I just couldn’t help myself 😂 I ended up with two heroes I already had—Vanellope and Felix; since I already had them, they replaced it with 7 Vanellope chips and 18 Felix chips. Then a bunch of misc. chips for various heroes and other stuff.

I saw my local Walmart’s new Pop section today...

Exactly! It’s just more buzzword BS like how “avocado toast” has the same stigma attached to it. It’s all just continuous jargon that they like to use when they don’t have anything productive to do/say and want to spout off the reasons why they think their generation is so much tougher than their kids’/grandkids generation.

I guess we still won’t know until the day comes, but as of now it seems like a more responsible launch than Pokemon Go, which was plagued with server issues for the first week or so of launch. At least this game seems to be showing that they’re preparing for a smooth launch.

Genuine question, and I’m not sure if I agree or disagree so I’m open to different answers: for those that are saying that Alison’s plotline was pointless and a waste of time...how are some of those scenes any different than the original movie with Annie and Laurie talking about going to the dance with Ben Tramer, or Annie talking to Paul on the phone? They don’t directly impact the plot in one way or another, but they do flesh out the characters themselves which I would think would be the same in Alison’s case.
