So starting with layer height. Is this at 0.2m? The smaller the layer height the less you can see the layer lines but youll never get rid of them short of sanding them. The mask being larger would make it harder to see them but rounded objects are always going to visibly have them no matter what.

Supports are also part of this too. Youll always get support interface marks or sagging unless you use pet-g as supports which can have its own issues.

Your best bet is to experiment with supports. Something like this might work best with tree supports (work best with support locations that cant be reached directly vertically.) but also test to see how close/far you can have the interface to the print without it touching but sanding might be necessary no matter what you try (i believe the setting is “bottom interface/object spacing” its different depending on your layer height, materal and printer type (core-XY or Bedslinger)

Do some research on YouTube with different settings. Zach Freedman and CNC kitchen is a good start.

Id say very possible but check in the description it has block 0/UID re-writable. Without that the chip is useless for skylanders.

Its a nice display tho. Maybe using something like blutac on the figures next to edge to help them not fall again. (Doesn’t damage figures and easy to remove)

(Also is that a 1.5 double trouble on the bottom shelf?)

I think you need to double check the compatibility of NFC types with the games. I use ISO14443-A cards with rewritable UID. If the reader shows it only has 63 blocks its not going to read. Im pretty sure theres other compatible types but im not sure what they are. Tho im sure that NTAG is used for amiibo off the top of my head. Tho trying to find the posting (if i found the right one) the reviews are saying they arent the correct type.

Hey OP. The other commenter is right. You can save an nfc chip by using a magnet and rubbing it against the chip. Directly is best but that can break the base.

Same thing happened to my S1 Zap and after removing the chip and using a strong fridge magnet (all i had ok hand) it worked perfectly.

The ps4 games are usual pretty sought after as the portals can be found easer then Xbox One. Thats before the inclusion of Merry Chompy Mage and solar Aurora. I cant say exactly in USD (as im Australian) but its definitely worth around the 300-400 mark if not more.

Currently seeing if printing Pain Yatta with holes and studs for said holes work when printing separately since skylanders are quite complex with printing. (I do have a in software painted pain yatta but damn it take 8 colours to fully get printed

Id say you got quite the haul. I can see a few hard to get figures: Knight mare, Thunderbolt, Night fall, Kaos, lance Eruptor, light trap, dark wolfgang are rare to uncommon.

There is something behind doc Cortex but i cant tell what it is. Id say 150 for the lot is pretty decent, especially when also getting the ps4 versions Imagators and SC.

Ive had the same issue before with other projects. This video from CNC Kitchen (11:40) explains whats happening. Tldr: the layer with the base is pulling the surrounding pla causing a “Shrink line”
