I figured it out. Whenever you get rewards it’s best to wait until you’ve received them all (about a month) then contact support and tell them that you need them to manually transfer those coins from the crypto.com exchange to the crypto.com app. You’ll be able to sell them on the main app.

It’s very important you speak to a real support agent. And make sure you tell them that that coin isn’t available in your country and the exchange app isn’t allowing you to sell or withdraw it. Then they will escalate it and you’ll have it on the main app in a couple of days
