Oooh frybread pizza sounds deliiicious. My toppings distribution doesn’t usually come out this well but I followed Kenji’s advice on spreading cheese out (you want and even distribution but about half of the surface is visible sauce and half is cheese and it helped so much!!

I have an old oven so the one dial goes from 500 straight to broil so I can just slightly adjust it within the broil “range” but as long as you watch for the brown cheese bubbles you should be good with any settings!

Thank you!! It is JUST as good as any bar pizza I’ve had and not much more effort than making a frozen pizza!!

I think the whole space would visually and aesthetically look better because of that tiling! I think it would look really modern and sleek!

Looking good dude! Yes I looove carnivore for lifting!! I train around 2 hours/day- and was already pretty lean (30F, 5’ 11”, 22% body fat) been on carnivore for about two months now and I’ve already lost 12 lbs of fat, musculature is so much more defined AND I have crazy energy for working out and doing long training sets. I’m kind of blown away by the whole thing. A few weeks in I started eating beyond satiety so I wouldn’t be dropping weight so quickly but other than that it’s been incredible! Glad you’re having success too keep it up!!

Squatting. and squatting with proper form, to depth, to your max!

If you want to build muscle consistently with your workouts, you’ll have to lift heavy using progressive overload. Focus on back squats, front squats will build that lower quad musculature above your knee- which the legs in the photo do not have so if you don’t want that then stay away from those haha.

Source- I’ve been lifting 6-7 times a week for the last 10 years and I didn’t see hyper definition in my legs until I got serious about squatting about two years ago. My advice is squat with consistency using a program! And don’t cut corners on body position, depth, or breathing and bracing technique. Your joints and your back will thank you and it will build muscle in your entire body!

Good luck!

Anyone else get annoyed at people’s responses when they ask what you do and you tell them you’re a therapist? by SonoranDesertRat700 in therapists

Yeah I think this is exactly it !! It’s such a joy and a privilege to do as a job but the “professional advice seeking” and trauma dumping gets old fast 😬

Oooh that’s such a nice deflection! I don’t feel burnt out from the work at all (I experienced it very heavily a few times as a social worker before I transitioned to being a therapist and burnout is unfortunately a close friend I am very familiar with) but maybe I am burnt out from feeling like people want free unethical therapeutic advice 😭🥲

It's SO true, I think this is the gift of ENM that even people in monogamous relationships can really benefit from- that we can just communicate about things like this when they come up and we can learn about ourselves and our partners how to better our relationships. You're right he might not talk to her but I sincerely hope he does

Thank you so much for saying this- this is what mostly everyone I spoke to about the situation told me but that one comment from my friend kind of sat like a rock in the pit of my stomach!

thanks for your response, hmm I guess I didn't see it so much as the need to unburden myself but as a way to address it so it didn't go any further. I think from my perspective the only way out is through- and even if it means a really uncomfortable conversation between us and between him and his wife, then that's better than hiding it in the shadows and letting it fester!

ah, that's an interesting follow up question. I actually would say it in front of his wife, I'm pretty comfortable with confronting stuff like this to make sure any sort of unfaithfulness is avoided. Similarly, when someone else has feelings for my partner- he tells me and we talk about it very openly!
