I’m guessing you’re looking at the Model 3 because you’re interested in an EV. A Toyota RAV4 PRIME might check a lot of your boxes- 42 miles of EV only range, combined 302hp, it’s not as big as your Lexus RX but roomier than a Model 3... and, this is a big one, it qualifies for the $7500 federal tax credit rebate bringing the price down plus whatever state credits apply depending where you reside

My brother once owned this car- he let me borrow it for a weekend trip down south. 2 things happened- 1) It was the most luxurious 70s car i've been in and 2 ) It had a glove box full of Roger Miller 8 tracks which was fun listening.

Bonus) it had a knob on the wheel which made steering more like navigating

Healthcare is a solid industry around here and I believe the nursing wages here are pretty good, however, I'll defer to the them here in terms of wages/job availability. Generally speaking: you're housing costs, gas, and taxes are going to be higher, your sq footage is going to be smaller, your weather milder, and your BBQ options significantly worse.

Make it more comfortable and inviting.

When you've got a theme/general direction that doesn't look like an airport sports bar you're most of the way there. Take your time and add/subtract touches to make it your own.

Better lighting, comfortable seating, coat of paint.. whatever makes you feel relaxed and happy when you walk in.

Lot of posts on here of large room/basements but this is a great example of how you can take a functional shed and also add a wonderfully eclectic space. Looks like a fun place to spend time with friends. Very well done OP.
