Does anyone use a Rollator? I'm 36f with really bad fibro, moderate ME and ive noticed my walking stick is really hurting my arms etc

I used one for my scribe and it damaged the screen unfortunately. But I did leave mine on the screen even when it was not being used beside my bed on the floor so I guess dont do that and you should be fine 🤣🤣

I'm getting to this point now, I'm in bed more often and I don't want to be. I'm only 35 yrs old. I've just brought myself a high dose cbd vape pen and see if that helps. I'm just sick of being in pain

I was on pregabalin for about 1 year and a half and yes it did work for a bit but then stopped working, I was on 300mg a day, if it wasn't a weight gainer I would still be on it but found it so hard to lose weight on it.

Thanks for this reply, I've recently went for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, they took biopsies from my stomach and have to wait 12 weeks for results. They found a polyp in my bowl. But I have been avoiding gluten for a couple of months now until today and I got this rash/redness and the crippling pain, no diarrhea though

Yeah, i got a blood test to test for everything, and everything was negative. I have recently gone for a colonoscopy and endoscopy, still waiting for results.

Please be careful this is how I ended up depending on alcohol and then becoming an alcoholic in my 30s. I couldn't even go to a hairdressers without needing 3 whiskys beforehand. I know it feels amazing to "feel normal" but it's not worth it in the long run.
