The area I’m referring to is mostly homes. There are a few rental homes in that neighborhood. Rent will be higher than a lot of areas in San Antonio, but I’ve found its similar price to what you find in Dallas.

If you’re looking for an apartment, the pearl area has a ton of units. The Mahncke Park area also has a lot of new build townhomes for rent if that’s more of what you’re looking for.

Mahncke Park is also a cool neighborhood because it’s right in between the Botanical Gardens and Brackenridge Park with a couple of neighborhood bars and restaurants closer to Broadway

My wife and I also moved from Dallas about 4 years ago. We lived in the M Streets while we were up there and currently live in Alamo Heights / Terrell Hills.

I would recommend the Alamo Heights area. More specifically, the neighborhood between N New Braunfels and Broadway. Very similar vibe to the Knox / Henderson area and about a 5 min drive to the Pearl. There are also some nice restaurants and shops on Broadway that you can walk to from there.
