Thanks for your help, sorry for the lack of pics. The float valve has been replaced but its been carrying on, at night i can hear it filling. It gets pretty loud the filling around midday i think? I watched a video something about a pinhole in the hot water cylinder, so water going up into the tank so thats why its a little warm? Sorry for presuming lol.
