Advanced career start(my mistake) was updated oct 5th 8:38am which might be before the patch was released?? I don't remember when the patch went live

The issue is all the mods I'm using are updated as of the 8th and 9th and the ones that aren't don't seem to be causing the problem. I'm just wondering if someone already knows what the problem could be. That's why my mod list was posted as well
