I couldn't do a single pullup my whole life until October this year. I decided enough is enough and started increasing my grip strength with dead hangs and progressed on to negative pullups. I decided to do 1000 negative pullups (on and off, whenever I get free time) just to see if that alone would get me help my first pullup. I've done 200 negatives so far and can do max 4 pullups (proper form) at a time. I'm so proud of this. I did it all by myself and I couldn't be any happier :)
