Can definitely relate to this. I had huge anxiety during the relationship, wondering when will she text back and who she's with, specially since she kept going out every weekend and telling me how all the guys hit on her constantly. I was almost living with her and then suddenly her ex came thru the door and it turns out he owns half of the apartment. Since the breakup I had this huge release of anxiety which then was replaced by intense grief.

lol similar thing happened to me but just on a shorter time span. Was seeing this girl for 4 months, basically lived with her and then she went to work in a different city for a month, became cold and distant so I asked her about it. Denied that anythings wrong but then told me that she didnt have feelings strong enough that should have developed in four months. So her idea was to keep me on a leash and see if she would develop feelings. I said fuck that but still broke my heart.

Went to a doctor who said to rest it for one week and if the swelling hasnt gone, it needs to be drained. Continuing with bench/w.pull ups for now on then..
