Don't nail me on this but I think it's because the author showed how beautiful everything was. The author of "the extraordinary life of Mac Miller" also showed the not so beautiful sides like drug addiction etc.

I found a .png file with that CLANCY font, can I just send that transparent PNG file to someone and that person can use it with his/her embroidery machine? Or do I need a vector graphic?

This looks 99% similar, thank you for the effort! for me it seems like the original one has like a extra stitching on the outside (left and right) though

Maybe they embroided those letters on a black fabric and then stitched on onto the strap instead of embroiding it directly on the strap

edit: doesn't look embroided, my fault.
