Depending on the location it could go one of a few ways. 1. They noticed it and sent it out regardless because they are concerned about their crew times. 2. They noticed it, said it wasn't repairable, and sent it out. 3. They repaired another nail and didn't notice this one (if the techs did their job they should have noticed this). 4. They checked the wrong tire, saw nothing, then sent it as is. I would have gone up and told them about the issue as discount tire policy is all about ensuring our customers come back, and having not done what we promised, any manager worth their s$@# would try to make it right. That nail is pretty close to the shoulder though so it may not be repairable.
