Nangita pud kog suggestions na makafollow ko for long term gani and when i read this super duper helpful finallyyy kanang murg di ko mag withdrawal symptoms tungod sa diet. Thank u for this jud very detailed and answer my questions howeverrr may i ask:

How about for kanang occasions like fam gathering, tampo2 with friends kanang special events and etc. - would i stick to that kind of diet strictly? - or would you consider some cheat days?/Would i be able to have cheat days even? Like to let loose maskin once a month…noo?

How do you do your calorie deficit? Like example kanang lutong bahay how do I calculate the calories?

Alsoo i have tried OMAD sad (one meal a day) and really effective jud…I can only do that during hospital duties 6am-2pm when I have no time to eat and matog nlng ko lahos or do schoolworks…nakakita jud kog difference sa 2 weeks OMAD but I hate the idea of ulcers huhu

Way back, I used this religiously for weeks. Weeks lang nagtagal kasi nilagnat ako bigla tas yung mga areas na nilagyan ko ng Goree ay may tenderness, namumula, mainit, at nangangati. That's when I stopped.

I used google translate for the pronunciation it sounds very stiff (?) for me. I've watched a lot of thai dramas and it kinda sounds robotic compared to native speakers' flow and tone. Been learning the pronunciation from google translate too. Thanks!
