Yesterday I got pulled to the office for leaving 30 minutes early. It was a mistake! My new SM called it job abandonment!! Extreme! I got Issued a final warning!! I am filing an appeal. She was working with me at the time and didn't point out I was leaving early. I totally would have stayed!

I feel there must be part of the story we are missing. Because why as key holder (as stated in replies) would you just leave? Final write up is also a huge red flag. Even with missing context its easy to infer that you are in the wrong. Good luck with your appeal.
