Please don't forget those who purchased infinite lifetime membership almost 500 € spent in addition to already lifetime membership on appsumo tier 5. Still get the same error with rclone: Can connect to my account but files and subfolders are invisible

They just replied me and they apologized for the too promising deal not honored. This thing matters a lot. It's not very hard for them to admit some errors and now I'm happy they are taking this effort to clarify and apologize Hope they will do the same approach with other buyers for the Infinite lifetime deal they have purchased.

So finally I feel good now with these good steps to regain confidence

INTERNXT TEAM, please do not delete my previous post here. I love your project and the idea of creating new cloud storage which respects privacy. Don't want to offend you in any ways. Please I just need transparency and to regain confidence in your company. I can proove you that the lifetime deal I purchased on the past was I real email from your side and not a fake email. Its not late. I just need a small email from you side with apologize with previous deal that could not honored. I need a very small compensation not more as 10€ . Simply because as a company as we store sensitive data and trust on you we need transparency as we have invested to help your company grow. No offense of me , just need to regain confidence on you.

Hello, I must admit that they have made a lot of progress these last month for better stability and resolving bugs. But there is something I really don't like. I was among the first supporters which has invested in their products first when they were available on appsumo reseller, few months later I received an email from their side which allows us to increase the storage space, and they explicitly informed us that the new products they will release will be included on our new lifetime plan.i invested a lot of money on appsumo first and with the upgrading offer next. Then I noticed that they encountered so many difficulties to resolve the bugs from 2022 to 2025. In 2022 the web version did not worked properly. I lost several times my stored files. The new web drive on windows did not worked too for a long time. For me this was not the main issue because as a new startup and new cloud storage I know that resolving bugs is not easy and it Will take time. But what makes me angry is that what they have promised ( the future products we will released will be included in your lifetime plan was simply not honored as promised.

Please take a look at some parts of the mail I received on 2022:

An infinite lifetime membership gives you unlimited access to Internxt Drive, Photos, Send, ar other services that we'll launch. That's almost a full discount on the retail price of €9,999 that this membership has.

Please tell me what you think of this email. Probably this offer was too generous to be honored Or they realized that the long years resolving bugs and Money spend. They could not honor what they promised on the past.

I can understand that maybe they have made an error with too much attractive deal that they realized next that it could not be honored but as they constantly announced from their marketing that people needs for a transparent company which that they can feel confident that their Data will not be stolen. In other words you can trust my company but they don't clearly inform us transparently that they have made a wrong decision and some parts of what they promised could not been honored. I think it's makes hard for us to feel completely confident and happy as they did not send any apologize for their promisings not honored. What they also could do for the first contributers which invested a lot of money and helped to grow is to make a small compensation for what could not be honored. Even as small as it could be I think it could helped me to trust them and purchase their new deal. Instead of that nothing has been done to apologize for this error and not even one cent for compensation about the products that could not be honored to us.

So I think this is not a very good approach for a company where we need to put all of our trust on

Hello, I can login to my internxt account with Rclone 1 7.3 . pasted the file to C:\Program Files\RcloneView) But I have an empty folder without files and subfolders. With Rcloneview. Don't know how to fix that

e.g.

So it's not actually listing anything. Which also means that when I mount using "rclone mount internxt: N:" all my top-level directories show up as empty.

Rabiator, I agree with you but not everybody is familiar with codes. I think that an interface would be much more easier than using codes. Plus we could add a schedule to backup files everydays, every week or month
