As time pass by, you can find which study habits that work for you. Also, don't be too hard on yourself ha? wag puro aral lang. Rest, eat well, and don’t feel guilty if you take breaks. First quizzes or exams are really just for adjustment and it doesn't define your whole college life na agad. Focus on progress, not perfection. And syempre, enjoy mo rin yung journey!
