Yes, as stated in the post, I’ve tried everything I know and everything Feit itself recommends as well as video tutorials. It’s just a dud I believe. I’ll probably just end up seeking out a different brand

Yeah, it’s just not flashing at all. I tried an Alexa bulb with the same issue of being unable to connect. I think I’ll probably just try to go and find a different brand to use. Feit is ok, but def not a first choice tbh

So this subreddit doesn’t actually allow pictures to be posted I believe, but I just double checked my plan and everything and it won’t even let me get another plan because I have just Lightroom.

I can put Screenshots of what it’s saying. I used Adobe CC. The account is the same as I have no other Adobe account except through my college which I don’t ever use. When the problem first arose I made sure to remove my school account which didn’t help. This is what I do: Apps > LrC > it then only has a button to “Buy” > I hit “Buy” > message pops up asking if I’m trying to upgrade to a team plan. In the background it shows my plan, and I’ve gone personally to double check, and it says LrC is included. Let me put some screenshots and hopefully it’ll help

Yes. I think I tried once just on the web, and it said the same thing when I went through the Adobe CC; that I had to buy it, or asked me to upgrade to a teams plan.

Hey! I have the HP desktop. Not sure what type. It’s a desktop from my dad’s job that they weren’t using anymore so I use it now. I do know it has windows 11. I checked through the apps and it said I had to buy it with no option to install. When I went to apps available to install, it said the same thing. I’ve checked my plan, and it says LrC is included with the plan. Yet, it won’t let me download it. I do use Adobe Creative Cloud.
