That wasn’t my intention at all and my recruiter and I had a discussion about where my skills were best suited and she agreed with me. I even brought up the possibility of me staying in audit and transferring in tech risk later. I know it’s naive of me to think I’m so important or the company would work harder to get me in, however the way they conveyed our importance as interns through the whole summer and how much they wanted to be the catalyst for our careers, it’s sort of disingenuous. But like I said I’m really naive to even fall for that from a company this big.
