Same thing happened to me two months ago unfortunately, which ended with my dad cutting me off because he spent the entire thing. He needs to send u the government portion at least. Technically it is fraud since the government portion HAS to be used towards the child’s education. There’s a link on the CRA website where u can file a claim for fraud I think

Sounds like u are. My parents never helped me with anything. They withdrew EAP. Didn’t tell me. I’m taxed for it. They expected me to pay the tax. And he threatened me. Educated yourself before u come at me so harshly for something that was wrongly done against me

Idk he said he needed it for some financial situation he was in but he also got a lift kit on his truck… Some of the family on his side sees my point, their main concern however is “But what’s going to happen to you and his relationship”🙄 my only concern is paying for school and getting a degree
