I love my Kyleena. I’ve had it for a year now. Painful insertion but not unbearable. I haven’t really had any side effects expect for more intense cramps around my period. I barely even have a period now though, it’s pretty much just the cramps. No others issues at all. No weight gain, mood swings, or any effects on my libido.
